Public notice regarding statutory interim license u/s 31D (1) of the Copyright Act, 1957. 05-03-2018

Public Notice

Subsequent to earlier public notice dated 13.02.2018 intimating about an interim stay order passed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court in matter titled Saregama India Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors [WP(C) No. 1155 of 2018] staying the interim statutory license issued u/s 31D (1) of the Copyright Act, 1957 , it is further informed that Hon’ble Delhi High Court has since set aside the aforesaid interim statutory license vide its final order/judgement dated 22.02.2018.

A copy of the said order/judgement is annexed for general information.

The copy of the said Order is annexed herewith.
