Public Notice inviting comment of stakeholders on draft guidelines 27-02-2018
Public Notice
The Copyright Office, in its endeavor to reduce the delay in processing of copyright applications has reviewed its policies on examination of the applications and found it necessary to issue guidelines for examination of different categories of works, viz., literary, artistic, musical, cinematograph film and sound recording works.
Therefore, the Office has prepared draft guidelines for examination of copyright applications. The same is being published for inviting reviews and comments from all stakeholders.
Accordingly, all the stakeholders are requested to furnish their feedback on the said guidelines latest by 19th March, 2018 at registrar[dot]copyrights[at]gov[dot]in.
